These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services made available on or through SnickR (the "Platform"), including the website and mobile applications. These Terms include our Privacy Policy, any supplemental terms, guidelines, or policies we may publish from time to time, and constitute a binding legal agreement between SnickR ("we", "us", or "our") and users of the Platform ("you" or "Customer").
By using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. SERVICES
(a) SnickR provides a technology platform that connects customers with independent third-party service providers ("Service Experts") for in-home and on-site services, including but not limited to AC servicing, electrical repairs, plumbing, home cleaning, automobile cleaning, and grooming.
(b) SnickR itself does not perform any services. All services are rendered solely by Service Experts, who are independent contractors. SnickR does not employ or supervise Service Experts and is not liable for their conduct or the quality of services rendered.
(c) SnickR facilitates payments and service bookings on behalf of Service Experts, while ensuring ease of access, scheduling flexibility, and digital support throughout the service lifecycle.
(d) All Service Experts onboarded onto the Platform undergo background verification and skill assessment to ensure quality, safety, and reliability. SnickR continuously monitors feedback and ratings to ensure high standards are maintained.
(e) The use of SnickR is restricted to personal and non-commercial purposes unless otherwise authorized in writing.
(f) You may be required to provide identification to avail certain services.
(g) SnickR may send you communication via SMS, email, or WhatsApp regarding bookings, transactions, and promotions.
2. ACCOUNT CREATION
(a) To use the services, you must register an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Account creation may require identity verification.
(b) You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
(c) You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We recommend using strong, unique passwords and enabling two-factor authentication if available.
(d) All actions conducted through your account are deemed your responsibility, including unauthorized usage resulting from your negligence.
(e) You agree to receive service-related and promotional communications. You may opt out of marketing messages via account settings, but transactional messages are necessary for continued service.
3. BOOKINGS AND SERVICE EXECUTION
(a) Bookings can be made for a range of services through the Platform. Upon booking, SnickR will assign a Service Expert based on availability, proximity, and service type.
(b) You will receive confirmation via the Platform or electronic communication, which includes service details, estimated cost, and contact information for the assigned Service Expert.
(c) Bookings may be rescheduled or canceled by SnickR due to unavailability of Service Experts. Suitable alternatives may be provided, or refunds processed where applicable.
(d) You may cancel your booking per SnickR's cancellation policy. Charges may apply for late cancellations, especially if a Service Expert has already been dispatched.
(e) Service Experts may refuse service if the premises are unsafe or unsuitable due to issues like poor lighting, hazardous materials, or the presence of aggressive pets or individuals.
4. PAYMENTS AND FEES
(a) You agree to pay the listed charges for services and applicable convenience fees. Pricing may vary by service category, location, demand, and time slot.
(b) Payment methods include UPI, debit/credit card, wallets, or cash. Certain payment modes may be restricted based on service type or location.
(c) Final bills may include additional costs such as material charges, transportation, or safety and insurance fees. These will be transparently itemized in your invoice.
(d) All payments are collected by SnickR on behalf of Service Experts. SnickR acts solely as a limited payment collection agent.
(e) Charges are non-refundable except as provided under applicable law or SnickR policy. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 5-7 working days.
(f) SnickR may revise charges at any time. Rates applicable at the time of booking will apply. Customers will be notified of major pricing changes in advance.
5. CUSTOMER CONDUCT
(a) Discrimination, harassment, or abuse toward Service Experts is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to behavior based on caste, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, or physical ability.
(b) You must ensure a clean, safe, and appropriate location for services. This includes ensuring proper ventilation, electricity, water access, and absence of any potential safety hazards.
(c) Service Experts may refuse to render services if unsafe conditions are present. SnickR supports such decisions in the interest of health and safety.
(d) Misconduct by users, including misuse of service access, harassment, or attempts to engage Service Experts off-platform, may result in permanent suspension or legal action.
6. USER CONTENT
(a) Users may post reviews and feedback based on their service experience. Reviews must be fair, accurate, and non-defamatory.
(b) SnickR may use reviews for quality control, marketing, and dispute resolution.
(c) By submitting content, you grant SnickR a license to use, publish, and distribute the content in connection with its services.
(d) SnickR reserves the right to remove content that violates policies, contains inappropriate language, infringes third-party rights, or is legally objectionable.
7. PRIVACY AND DATA USAGE
(a) Your data is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal data includes identifiers such as name, contact information, address, and booking history.
(b) SnickR may share data with affiliates, service partners, and third-party analytics providers for service delivery, trend analysis, and targeted offers.
(c) In compliance with applicable law, SnickR may disclose data to authorities when required for law enforcement, legal proceedings, or public safety.
8. RESTRICTIONS ON USE
(a) You may not use the Platform to solicit Service Experts independently or engage them outside the SnickR system. This undermines the platform’s ecosystem and safety protocols.
(b) You may not misuse or disrupt the Platform or its services, including spamming, hacking, or uploading malware.
(c) Any attempt to breach security, reverse engineer, or access unauthorized areas is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
(a) All rights to the Platform, including logos, content, trademarks, and software, are owned by SnickR or its licensors.
(b) You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for lawful, personal purposes only.
(c) Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by SnickR for platform improvement without compensation or acknowledgment.
10. TERMINATION
(a) SnickR may terminate or suspend your access at its sole discretion for violations, suspicious activity, or regulatory concerns.
(b) Termination may occur due to repeated cancellations, misconduct, fraudulent activities, or providing false information.
(c) Upon termination, your account and access to services will be deactivated, but prior transactions and obligations may continue to bind you.
11. LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS
(a) SnickR provides the platform "as-is" without warranties. All warranties are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
(b) SnickR is not responsible for service fulfillment, property damage, injury, or disputes with Service Experts. All claims arising from service execution must be directed to the Service Expert.
(c) SnickR's liability is limited to INR 10,000 or the platform fee collected, whichever is lower, in any instance of loss or damage.
(d) SnickR is not liable for issues such as service delays due to traffic, force majeure events, or technological interruptions beyond its control.
(e) Use of services outside the Platform (engaging Service Experts directly) is entirely at your own risk and releases SnickR from all responsibility.
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
(a) These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
(b) Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in [Insert City] under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
(c) Arbitration proceedings will be confidential and conducted in English by a single arbitrator appointed by SnickR.

14. MISCELLANEOUS

(b) SnickR may suspend or alter services without liability due to operational or business reasons.
(c) If any clause is held unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain in effect.
(d) You may not assign your account or rights without prior written consent.
(e) Force Majeure: SnickR is not liable for delays or failure due to events beyond control such as natural disasters, wars, or government actions.
